Job Overview

As a MOD Squad Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service environment. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking orders accurately.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system effectively.
• Prepare food items according to MOD established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation stations and dining areas.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment for guests.
• Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Skills

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Experience in bussing or working within a grocery store environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation and cleanliness in food service settings.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

• Communicate clearly with the team to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Support the team during rushes and jump into other roles when needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• Previous food prep or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.
